Easiest way, using one elastic hair band is to start going for a regular pony, but as you wrap it the last time, only pull out half or whatever of your hair, creating a little fold.

If you've got two you can start with a pony where you want your bun to be, then use the second elastic to tie the pony tail around it's base.

If you've got thin and/or straight hair a donut (bought or homemade sock donut) to get some volume up there.

French twist buns are cute af if you've got long enough hair to work with.

There's tonnes of tutorials out there, just check youtube or something.

Yeah, that's what worries me, I do have pretty wavy hair generally though so it gives the appearance of being thicker than it actually is generally, I'm just concerned that it might be more obvious with such a hairstyle.

you might want to keep your sides slightly longer i think. really short blonde hair doesn't look as good as dark hair.
but yea, you could pull it off. just work with your hair, don't tie it too tight and give it a little room to do it's own thing.
just try and picture your sides buzzed as well as you can and if you think you'll like it, just go for it.
it's only hair anyways, it'll grow back in no time at all. worst case scenario you abandon that style and take more off the top.

Started about two weeks back, using saltwater to wash my hair every day, so far it's been good - my hair is not brittle and actually has.. well, not volume, but.. weight? I guess. Plus my scalp is not dry and itchy anymore, which is probably the best part.
Anyway should I bother with the BS/Vinegar routine? I hear people just make do with nothing but water, what's your experience?
