My tricep genetics are crazy, that's why my arms look thick. They like consume all press gains. I've been trying to get my shoulders and pecs more proportional but my tris keep eating their gains. I do no direct bicep work. Just dl, bent rows, and pullups. And I work shoulders and chest like a madman. I stopped working tris directly ages ago. They don't give a shit.

But I'm speaking in relation to my proportions. I'm not saying that they are mutated. I don't do any direct work and haven't in 6 months yet they still look too big for my shoulders and pecs.
