/fa/ I need some hair advice.

I'm currently wearing a buzz cut with some age on it and I want to grow my hair out and slick it back - maybe like this with a part or something.

Two questions:

1) How do I transition from a buzz to this?
2) What type of product do I need and how do I use it?
