You take them out to eat and supposedly to drink anything that isn't water. Bit of a hassle having to brush your teeth after everything. They told me I could leave them in if I was out having some drinks just gotta make sure you don't go to sleep without cleaning them.

Being Australian I don't have private health insurance, I looked at getting it for this but it only covers about 2k of cosmetic work and I'd pay that in premiums over the life anyway.

So I just paid for it out of my own money.
