Whenever you find a pair of clothing you like and imagine yourself wearing it, what scenario are you in?

That's funny, OP. I have almost the same scenario except with Iron Rangers.

Thing is, I also look much more like Brad Pitt, Jason Stratham or a young Harrison Ford in these day dreams.

Funny that.

hahahaa do you really want to wear those in public?

This. Or maybe a nice, woodsey setting for the rangers.

haha and all your shit rips and falls apart when you need to duck behind cover
your pod shirts prevent you from spreading your legs quick enough and you get domed trying to figure out how to fit behind a barrier without ripping the seams apart

>pod shirts
what's that?
if you mean pod shorts. they don't really limit your movement in anyway. at least not jersey ones.

Fall/Winter fits: Walking down the street on an overcast, slightly windy day in San Francisco. Hopping into a street car, and sitting next an absolute qt pi, and getting her number.

Spring/Summer fits: Walking around in a garden with a qt next to me, or walking through town on a warm summer night in my home town with a qt, looking at the shops, getting frozen yogurt, etc.

Then I remember I'm here, on my computer. And I never leave except to go to class.

I think for some people it's about the perverted/subverted take on a really humble item like a sneaker with extravagant materials. The sneaker went from basic shoe to status symbol when Nike first started putting peoples names on models and slapping the silhouette of Michael Jordan on the shoes, so it's actually a pretty logical extension of that trajectory into the rarified world of designer fashion.

nowadays sneaker is like a far too broad term to use with any "precision". a sneaker is basically any shoe other than a boot or a dress shoe. the word barely has any limiting definition.

>> No.7223058

>>7223040

Well...most people can recognize a sneaker when they see it given its rubber sole and almost always heel-less silhouette. I agree that many boots often blur the lines, but I think people still use "sneaker" to help them identify footwear.

I never said I don't think other's should like it. I said I find them fucking ugly. Which they are. If you guys like ugly then by all means, like ugly shit.
