OP, you have to realize you will look like shit. Other people will know why you dress the way you do. You'll also have a shit silhouette no matter what. It would be different if you were too thin since that's not as gross as mantitties and your silhouette is flexible when you take layering into account.
Just work out and eat less. Walk more and use smaller plates for food as a start.

I posted about extra skin, if its way too much then its probably too late. But if you have just begun to lose weight, lose it slowly and use cocoa butter to help the skin get its elasticity back.
My fuck up was losing it too fast so the skin didnt have time to adjust and now when I bend over I have like a sheet of skin hanging from my ribs to my stomach just flappy as fuck.
Doesn't look so bad when im standing up straight but its really undesirable to me.

By the way, It's not healthy to lose more than 2-3 pounds a week if it's not water weight. And if you cut down your carb intake to less than 10mg daily like I did and substitute it with lean meat you will bulk up.
