Umm of course your clothes can look good when your in better shape to so you get that sorta \/ shape... Of course what you have to realize as well good luck finding most clothes that will fit to that shape with out paying extra money to have it tailored.

I know personally I can be huge drop.. As high as a 43 in shoulders and a 28 inch waist at times. Good luck finding clothes for that build.

Do your clothes actually fit well? I know I cant shit that forms to me. Its like I have to buy 2 pair of clothes one for if I have a pump and one if I dont. I just like to keep my hair longer, beacuse when i first got sick I lost almost all my hair. And it took me a couple years before it even started growing back. So morally speaking even though im still sick and not as thick as it was before its like my fuck you to god that he still hasnt killed me yet. And besides that well im a nerd and as a kid all the cool people in anime have long hair that sorta thing lol. I got a big head to so I think having shorter hair makes it more obvious as well.
