I'm currently in the market for Acne Jeans. However, I can't decide between the Ace or Max Cash . Right now, I wear a 31 W for 511s and they fit fine. I also own a pair of 510s, but they are very very snug, and I'm not sure if they look good because they are practically skin tight. I'm 5'10-5'11 and aroudn 185 pounds. I have pretty muscular legs and thighs because I work out. I want the Ace Cash because I do like a tighter fit, but I don't want it to be skin tight and I don't want to have trouble putting on the jeans. My 510s really feel tight when I move, though not uncomfortably so. Do skinny jeans normally feel really tight? Are they supposed to be skin tight practically?
I want to be sure about this decision because I live in the U.S. and don't want to buy some jeans only to not have them fit and have to pay for shipping internationally. Would it be better to play it safe and just buy the Maxes? How much of a difference is there between them and the Ace? And would you say I should buy a 31 W for Acne if that is my waist for Levis? I know they have elastic so they might stretch a bit, so I think that 31 would be fine, even if they are a bit tight at first. Thoughts?

they probably will look too tight and no one wants muscle definition in jeans..
I lost a ton a weight in my legs I had them fit better. (don't own a pair but have tried them on multiple times)
I have maxes and they are like 10/10 comfy

ace and max are both somewhere in between 511 and 510 in terms of tightness
if you go tts on the ace you should be fine
if you're in the us buy them from mr porter

Just buy uniqlo jeans, a fraction of the price, get to try it on, more fits. I know you really want to cop Acne for the sake of having the Acne tag at the back, but really how often would someone else get to see the inside of your pants?

I have a pair of N&F, Skinny Guys, in W30 and they are somewhat loose (still a slim fit, but not skin tight by any means).
I also have a pair of Levi's 511, in W30, and they are notably smaller on me. Still very comfortable, but they hug the legs a lot more. I do think they look good, however. Just new to wearing skinny jeans.

Are Max Cash the way to go?
