im bleaching a dark grey shirt right now, what colour will it turn to

>> No.7029569

IT DEPENDS ON THE FABRIC, AND THE KIND OF PIGMENT.

ONE THING IS CERTAIN: THE DISCOLORATION WILL NOT BE UNIFORM.

how the hell did you manage to use bleach on a dark grey t-shirt and have it go burgundy?

>> No.7029721

all colours have a secondary colour before they go white, if u put bleach on black it goes orange, its weird as fuk tbh

thats weird as shit. I dip dyed a dark grey sweater into bleach and it just went really light grey. Never had it go crazy colors like that.

>> No.7031323

You're very wrong. All dyes are based off a really dark version of a different colour, which is why you can also be lucky to have your garments turn blue, green or even yellow when bleached. Red, or a slight orange/salmon red is the most usual though, since that is the cheapest dye.
