Just in case this is a serious post, it's not easy to judge this sort of thing if the person's arms aren't at their sides and the picture does not include the lower half of the body.

From what is visible:

>jacket to shirt sleeve length appears appropriate (about one inch of the shirt should come past the jacket sleeves)
