First time ordering a shirt from uniqlo. If I'm 5'8" and ~130 pounds, what size should I get, S or XS? I'll delete this thread after I get an answer

>> No.7020054

They have a sizing chart. Take your measurements and use it

xs

don't, I'm 5'8 and 120 pounds and I would take an S

>> No.7020231

I'm about same size too. I would do xs, but the shoulders might be a bit too thin for you as they are for me. that is on my slim fitting ocbd though. otherwise length, sleeves, they all fit

>> No.7020237

don't just base it off of height and weight

take your chest and waist measurements first

34" - XS
36" - S
38" - M

I'd say it depends on your shoulders and length of your arms, not really your height/weight.

I'm 5'11" 145, and while a small fits me well in the body, the shoulders and sleeve length are too small. so my movement is uncomfortably limited and I have to roll up sleeves when wearing a small. medium fits great in shoulders and sleeve length is perfect, but body is roomy.

if you want I can take measurements of a small?

If a small turns out to be slightly too large you can always take it to a tailor.

>> No.7021620

>>7020037
it largely depends on your bone structure. You might be on the thin side, but it you have wide shoulders it won't matter. Get the size you usually get in men's shirts. I find that xs works for me across the board and uniqlo sizing is consistent with that.

fit you can tell from the pic. it's slim ish especially when you consider it's an ma-1. I returned it because the fabric is thin as fuck and doesn't look good imo... called a "trashbag" bomber for a reason, basically.

>> No.7021830

ace is tightest. you can tell in my pic that there isn't a super strong taper below the knee. I like it because it fits over shoes/boots better, but it can still stack a little without looking goofy.

get a small, i'm 5'7 and 120 pounds so you're a bit of a fatty and i very rarely fit into XS, only industrie and i find that the XS is more a slim fit on the arms and around the waist, the actual sizings don't change on areas such as the back

I'm also 5'7, but do the OCBDs at Uniqlo run long on you, like too far below the belt?

They do for me, even in XS.
