I am dizzy and week. I have trouble opening doors, and have to use two hands. I have a headache.

portion your meals down as time goes on. eventually your body get's used to smaller and smaller meals.

Have at least one good/well-sized meal a day.

have a cheat day once a week or once every two weeks. After a while you'll find it becomes harder to eat a lot. the "cheat days" become more like "normal sized meal days"

As a guy who lost 15kg quickly and semi-healthily, the key is to change your diet depending on your activity. I got to work from home alot, so I was in a position where I could severely calorie restrict because I was mostly sitting/lying down. On these days I ate mostly salads with stuff like quinoa, soy beans and nuts in the. If you're in the UK Marks and Spencers does a great range of filling and low-cal salads for £1.50 a piece. Two of these a day is more than enough, and maybe some oats/yoghurt for the morning.

When I was actually going out and about, if I didn't eat some sugars I'd get weak and dizzy. Something like a banana before you head out is good fast energy, and replaces a lot of potassium at the same time.

It's incredibly important to stay hydrated. The process of ketosis sucks the water out of you, and even when you're drinking what feels like an uncomfortable amount your piss will be a gnarly colour. You'll also smell gross.

Mostly, it's important to eat. Eat as much as possible with fewer calories as possible. Protein fills you more than carbs, and is less calorific. Salads are a must to increase fibre and stop constipation.

Another life saving product is John West light lunches, particularly the Moroccan Salmon and Mexican Tuna. The latter has only tuna and mixed beans, which is reallllly filling and only about 250 calories. The former is 350 calories, and contains some more complex carbs which helps for energy-filled days.

Don't starve yourself. It's stupid. Not only that but eventually you'll rebound, eat loads and then feel bad about yourself. I nearly gave my self an eating disorder that way.

I actually eat around 1500-2000 calories a day.
I'm into cycling and I've managed to keep my weight the same even build up muscle while eating pretty much the same.

I've had an accident and I've been home for 2 months doing nothing and eating and I've lost 3kg.

So it's not just that simple to gain and lose weight. There are lots of factors involved.

Im 6'2 and weight 140lbs. I eat like 5 times a day. Tried lifting and bulking for a year then i gave up when i wasn't gaining any weight so i just decided to stay a skinny fuck. eat 3/4 cut of oatmeal for breakfast, plain, nothing on it. that or 1/2 fibre one cereal with skim milk

no lunch, water/coffee is what will get you through hunger. never put anything in your coffe, always black, only drink, water, coffee and tea

get home from whatever it is, work or school etc. and go for a run, i run 10k usually but you can do whatever youre comfortable with

have a nice dinner, healthy lean meats etc. vegetables, you deserve it. remember to drink lots of water, i dont recommend cigarettes but your life your body

2- lift. go to /fit/ for a more specific routine but if you're doing the cardio i mentioned above, do full body lifts 2 days a week. deadlifts, bench, clean and press. don't squat if you want to be effay, also don't go too heavy on the deadlifts.
If you don't want to run, swim, or bike, get on a three day split, 4 if you don't want to be effay and work your legs.

Your split should look like this:
Day A- chest/bicep
Day B- back/tricep
Day C-rest
Day D- shoulders/abs
Day F-rest
then repeat.

If you're a skeleton- If you want to see better muscle gains, bulk and cut. if you want to stay lean, eat 250-500 cals above maitenence, if you feel pudgy, go for a run three times a week for a while.

if you're skinnyfat- cut while lifting, supplement with calisthenics because your lifts will be low and they won't increase fast until you're eating more calories

What sort of foods are there to eat that actually make you full? My appetite has doubled recently and things that used to full me now don't even slightly. I'm underweight, not fat, though a month ago I struggled with binging. After I stopped binging my appetite was the same as it always was, but this past week it's just gotten insanely large and I'm terrified of being fat.
