The RafxEastpack bags with the streamers are great for adding a spot of color to a grey fit and seem to work on the fringes of the look, although not in the way you're thinking of.
For more affordable options I would look at Maxpedition, but for extreme quality and design, I would look at Mystery Ranch.

I like these ones best. And yes they all look relaxed/slouchy but if you're just at home just be comfy. Also to me I always think buns on top of your hair like that look better when they're a bit messier otherwise sort of looks like you've put it up to wash your face/put your make up on then forgot about it.
