$600 for handmade leather goods in this vein is pretty good when you compare it to stuff like M.A.+, Guidi, etc. At any lower price point you're going to lose the look and see a lot more textiles instead.

Fur is where you'll get in trouble, so you should settle on something with a poly/acrylic sherpa trim. Cheap Monday has a puffier parka out this season already. Otherwise, you could try other mid-price boutique brands like Shades of Grey (they have an unlined one on sale now: http://shadesofgreyclothing.com/products/field-parka-olive-canvas)), Life After Denim, Comune, etc.
