What's the most /fa/ combo of the iPhone 5S with case? As in, which model of the phone would you get with which case?

I never understood this. With Apple products you are paying for looks so why make it ugly?
Or has it gone fully to just being a status symbol now?

>> No.6906117

the ease of use and everything working so smoothly, also the appstore makes it a luxury item

the build quality and design makes it a lux item

of course, every that buys a smartphone puts it in a case to protect them from scratches..... like putting a tarp over a lambo

there's a lot of things that i dont like about apple, but the competition is just so far behind

no, it's like driving the lambo around with the tarp still on it.
Besides, Apple has been playing catchup for a while now.

All I ever heard from "the experts" is that smartphones are years from having more than 4 GB of RAM, so 64-bit is completely useless.

This has happened before, where my message would stay stuck at 80 percent sending and either wouldn't send or would take a while to send. I don't know if this is a flaw in the iPhone or if it's because my service provider is failing and the phone is switching between trying to send it as an iMessage or text, causing the delay.

Actually, I'm interested in the 5S because I have the opportunity to sell my 4S for the cost of the contract upgrade price. I feel that the move to 64 bit architecture in the leading iphone will make iOS devs focus on making 64 bit versions of their shit, so there will be a faster drop in resale value of all phones 5 and older.

I keep my smartphone as long as it can be sold for the cost of upgrading.

Okay, if you're currently on a 64bit windows OS, go to your C drive and open both the "Programs" and "Programx(x86)" Folder

Count how many there are in the first and how many are in the second

The truth is, no developer is gonna go all in with 64bit shit just because it just came out if it alienates all the non iPhone 5S users and thus shits on the sales

If anything else, YOU'RE the one that has dun goofed for getting the 1st gen 64bit iPhone

brb copping price dropped 4S

You'll be surprised how differently users AND developers behave on iOS/Mac OS X. Every little change on Windows needs fucking years until it is finally adopted, because everybody is too lazy and stubborn to go with it. Just look at how fast a new release of Mac OS X or iOS is adopted and how Windows 8 is doing at the moment.

64-bit will take off quickly on the iPhone. And that's because Apple actually offers a good environment for developers and is not just putting a bald sweaty gorilla on a stage screaming "developers!" multiple times.
But that's just my experience, I'm pretty sure others see that differently.
