/fa/, I need your help.

My girlfriend is very petite and has small breasts, a little bit below an average a-cup. The thing is, many 32A bras have cups that are too large for her.

Do any of you know of reasonably priced lingerie brands (preferably available in brick and mortar) that carry bras that run small? What are my options?

I always tell her that but she is scared that her nipples will show. And she doesn't want to wear children's clothes (even though some do fit her) because she looks young and doesn't like that she does.

Well then your looking at specialty shops
type it into Google and your off I found quite a few that look a right small size

also it may sound stupid but if her breasts are on the cusp of the smallest size at major realtors she can make them a little bigger by doing chest exercises. I wasn't doing it for that reason but it worked and if i am in a pinch i can wear the smallest sizes now

32AA should do the trick. try "tween" places (american eagle, gilly hicks, victoria's secret pink line, etc). obviously, you can do a google search if you need more variety.

Get her a proper measuring guide OP.
If they're too big it'll likely be the band size not the cup size.
If she's petite it's likely she could be a sub30 band size, maybe even a 24 or 26.
A 32A is larger than a 30A, but if she finds she's wearing a band size much too large she might be above an A cup.

If she finds she is a 24 or 26 band it's impossible to get it in a brick and mortar store and she'd need to order them from some Polish site that is the only current place to stock the bras.

Basically the +4/5 measurement system is outdated and was from a time when bra materials didn't give the adequate stretch, but stubbornness from manufacturers means many women that would not need a sub30 band size don't get the adequate options because so many don't realise this measurement method is outdated and don't believe it when they're told the size they'd really need so the demand doesn't appear to be large enough.

yeah, it's smaller than an A cup. the number is the fit around the chest, the letter is the cup. there is some flexibility though, depending on the maker and type of bra. for example, i can wear a 32A if it's a push up but 32AA fits better overall if it's just a lightly lined bra

Girls with small boobs DO NOT need to wear bras. If nipples are a problem, consider wearing undershirt or just a band of cloth around chest when it's hot; during winter nipples CANNOT FUCKING SHOW.

Bra evolved from the corset. The point of the corset was to improve female figure (aka hide sagging boobs and belly fat); but it was too constricting, so the only thing that is left of it is the bra. So, modern women are wearing bras just because it somehow became a norm because breasts may sag (which happens to big or old breasts). She is neither of this, so she doesn't need to wear a bra.

In most other cultures, women do not add any extra support to their breasts, unless they actually need it.

TL;DR: THE POINT OF BRA IS TO SUPPORT BREASTS; IF YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THIS, YOU DON'T NEED TO WEAR IT.

Oh, also: Jean-Denis Rouillon conducted a 15 years study (in France) and found out that wearing a bra increases sagging. It is also known that bad fitting bra is bad for blood circulation, and can decrease nipple sensitivity. So, if you don't need to wear a bra, it's better not to.

(of course, I'm not saying women shouldn't wear a sports bra during physical activity, this is a bit different)
