you just have to wait really. i mean if you take sand paper and remove all of the finish, and leave them in a hot dry place, that would accelerate it, but idk if you really care that much about yellowed soles. just buy some older shoes dude.

In HS i used to wear AF!s all the time. A white pair will start to yellow literally after a month or two of frequent wear. Shit was actually pretty frustrating (in those days white forces were sought after for their "crispness"). Wearing them in wet conditions will definitely speed up the process
