i got a 2000 holden astra but dont drive it because my housemates car blocks it off and its too much trouble so i walk everywhere
today i was walking to uni and i have to walk under a little tunnel under the train tracks and a junky looking guy on a bicycle was coming through the other way so i stuck on the left half as per procedure but he stayed in the middle, i held my position so he brushed against me, i was ready to shove him off if i needed to but he just says "fuckan' move if i were yoo!" and by this stage he'd already ridden some distance away so i yelled back "you move retard" which was pretty lame but i didnt have time to do a lengthy response like i might say to a difficult customer at work or something and wanted to make sure i said something before he'd gotten too far away

97 Cadillac Deville. OP I wouldn't mind another camry. Be happy I enjoyed mine while I had it. Definetley considering getting another. Only downfall is the horrible rattle if you want to put a system in it. (but then again, if rattle is that bad, car audio definetley isn't for you).

Just popped in to join this thread with a few points that I think should be discussed. Everything is based on my opinion so feel free to disagree.

Put simply, cars CAN be fashionable. But not all of them. Of course the obvious acceptations are the ugly ones, but we have to dig deeper than that.
Fashion is broken down into a many different areas; colour, texture, silhouette, trends, brands, styles, avoiding cliches etc etc. So why then should a fashionable car be any different?

A car has to have a nice colour. That doesn't mean to say one colour trumps another, however, what I mean is that a colour has to suit the other criteria. Ferraris look nice in a red, because it adheres to the brand. A rugged beater shouldn't have a slick new coat, or it will make it look gaudy.
Moving into texture, if your car happens to also have a rugged or vintage look, what's wrong with a little bit of rust to add dimension and experience?
Silhouette is obvious, but not as much as you might have thought. There are ideal silhouettes for different eras (trends), purposes, and styles of car. Example, you could have a nice boxy 80s silhouette, or a nice sleek 2010s silhouette.
Brands are obvious of course, there are just some brands that are more esteemed than others, Although, esteemed names aren't always wanted, as some car appear too ritsy or gaudy (think, like, Armani in terms of clothing) like bmw, porshe, mercedes, etc.
Sometimes a brand that isn't so well known can be more desirable (think Alfa Romeo pic related)
Most of all, more than anything these criteria should fit together to form a car that is as natural as possible. Humans have ways of knowing what fits and what doesn't, and it should be our jobs to find that balance. Find a car that suits your personality.
