I used to own IR's, got rid of them cause they looked too clownish on my frame. Now i use more dressy type of boots instead. When it really starts snowing i switch to more heavy duty work boots with a lot of traction, but when it's snowing you shouldn't wear flat soled IR's anyway. Over here in the north when winter comes being /fa/ isn't top priority, top priority is not freezing to death or breaking your leg though.Just my 2 cents.
