Hey /fa/, since this is the board with the most eating disorders (whether you believe in them or not), why not share your information? How does /fa/ stay skinny? What have you guys eaten today? What's your daily calorie intake? This isn't a stats thread, I want to hear some tips on starving yourself and getting skinny. I want to lose 20 pounds, and fast. you should calculate your daily calorie intake required to maintain your current weight (google a calculator) and eat 500-800(extreme) less than that a day by tracking your intake with an iphone app or something. you also have to actually eat healthy food in healthy proportions so that you don't actually go into shitty starving mode

also intermittent fasting, which means that u only eat during an 8 hour window of the day eg. only eat during 12pm-8pm

+ go on runs every day

starving yourself is just stupid and you'll gain it all back and feel like shit 24/7

Lifting will do none of that
Lifting won't make you huge overnight, you have to eat a lot to actually grow
If you do the right lifting exercises you can get away with getting minimal arm muscle

But the aesthetic you're looking for is obviously looking like a skeleton without having the genetics for it

First time fa poster.
Im 5'11". I eat about 3200kcal a day, about 160-170g protein, I dont eat simple carbs and minimize the amount of hfcs I intake (the single most difficult yet productive thing ive done). I eat 2 tablespoons of olive oil per day (pure healthy fats necessary for fat loss and your body to produce hgh and testosterone).

I exercise every morning for about an hour and lift weights for low reps three times a week.

Im 160 right now. When I get to 170 I plan to cut 500kcal from my daily intake to lean out.

I tried to get lean the wrong way, like many in this thread by eating very little... I was underweight and still chubby. Lifting weights and doing basic calisthenics while esting a proper diet has been the best thing for me bar none.
