I´m thinking of buying this Burberry´s scarf from an online auction. Can anyone please help me by saying if it looks real or fake to you? Thanks! (and yeah, it´s the best picture availible)

burberry pattern is gash af there's a reason they dont make it anymore

Is Burberry not one of the most overrated and overpriced fashion houses there is? Their signature pattern is gaudy as fuck, and their main selling points are good trench coats that are highly overpriced. I've owned a Prorsum blazer as well, and the material felt no better than a blazer you could buy at H&M for fifty dollars.

even if it is real, there are way too many fakes out there. everyone will just assume that yours is fake too.

It is an old scarf. They had the name Burberrys at the logo and the check had more intensive colours. But it is a 100% real Burberry scarf. On my picture it shows the current version of the Burberry scarf in that check.

at least get a good burbery scarf and not the ugly one. the grey check looks a lot better.

I don´t know about that, since I do own a new Burberry London trench coat. Abd I agree with you, the quality and fit is superb.

And get scottish cashmere. It is better than the English cashmere. It says: "Exclusively made in Scotland" on the logo.

Thanks! As far I can see it looks real to me too. ANd if I´m lucky I can get it for about 75 bucks. I don´t give a fuck if alot of people wear fake versions of it. I like it.

>> No.6652881

real:

Burberrys' of London or burberrys' = pre- 2000.

burberrys'
100% cashmere or cashwool
made in England, Italy or USA (hickey freeman or Gitman origin)

burberry brit
some sort of hybrid
made in china

burberry London
made in china or Italy (in china slave factory)

the older scarfs are better, but those who are not on fashion forums don't know about them and immediately go to fake

also most of the older coats, the made in England or the made in USA ones all featured the knight logo

leading people to think that that's the prorsum logo which false.

I have a real tourtise shell button equipped (new ones black plastic) and 100% waxed cotton/garbadine(new ones are 100% polyester) vintage burberry's of London trench coat

This, its like Louis vuitton shit that hasn't been embroiled with your initials. I fake as fuck

protip:

Louis Vuitton hard case vintage pieces, Thomas burberry labeled trench coats and vintage pieces like that are HIGHLY sought after

more so than the newer shit that is lesser quality.
