You burn about 100 cals for every mile you do and at that rate I'd assume it'd be something like 250-300.

So you gotta either adjust your diet and cut out a couple hundred cals or put more effort into your cardio routine. I used to bike for 60 minutes and run for 30 when I was at the peak of my cutting.

Reasons:

genetics, everyone in my family are very very thin and lacks muscles.

I don't lift. But I've played football, basketball and badminton and have had a quite active life so far, gettin lazy tho since it aint doin much.

I have been stably gainig weight for all my life, i have just been a few steps behind everyone else. When I was 16, I weighted 49 kg, 17: 53 kg and now 56. This is false... I was traveling in SE asia all this summer and only ran into 2-3 really obese native people. You'd see crowds of tourists and they'd always be much much thicker than everyone else. Thing is the people I were around were more active, but not by a huge amount. It's what we eat (at least in the USA it is). So many processed foods that have extremely high fat concentrations compared to what everyone else was eating.

cardio. 1 hour a day almost every day.
1 hour of weights. 4-5x a day.

I ate a clean diet. Gave up all drinks apart from water/milk, junk food was out and I ate a generally clean diet.

Avoid bread, avoid juice, avoid butter. These for me were some of the main culprits. Food that you couldn't get anything from which just makes you fat.

This was only to lose though. Maintaining weight means you can drink juice etc.

Also give yourself one cheat meal a week. Eat whatever you want once in a while so you do t relapse.

I've always been pretty skinny, always been a bit on the scrawny side until I started working landscaping in high school. Then I started getting really into hiking and backpacking (though I always did it some as a kid) and a little running.

I also eat pretty healthy, rarely eat red meat, eat lots of vegetable and rice dishes, mostly Indian and Thai foods. But I don't always eat great, I eat pizza decently often, drink soda, and lots of coffee and a good amount of beer.

I'm 6'0. I reached my maximum last year after an spiral of shitty life style. I guess I was around 195 lbs too, I didn't measure it, but I know I was using 34 as well.

Whenever I said I was fat my friends told me I was "ok" or even "thin".

Decided to change that, among other things. A year later I'm around 155 lbs and use a 30. I didn't have to do anything but to quit soda, sauces and things that just go fat from my diet (cheese like camembert and such). I also started taking the stairs to get home (5th floor). Nothing more. I still ate fast food from time to time and stuff.

If you ask my friends now they say I'm "unhealthily skinny" and I "don't eat enough". They also say I was better a year ago.

I even started to believe that bullshit.

155 is perfectly healthy bro. For me personally my goal weight is 175 but I'd even go down to 155 if it looked good and I was strong enough. I work part time and its a lot of hands on work (my dad owns a beer company)
