thinking of buzzing off my manbun by myself

Any tips? Do buzzcuts usually have the same length all around? Thinking of going with a 4 guard

i just did this actually. woke up, drove to walmart, copped a wahl trimmer set, and shaved off all my hair.

a 4 guard isn't really a buzzcut. and no, you dont do the same guard all over.

standard buzzcut is 1 on the low, 2 in the middle, and 3 on the top. I did 1/2 on the bottom and a 2 on top.

the trick to doing it is learning how to fade on size into the next. start with higher guards and practice a lot, then go to lower ones for your desired length.

I'm about to buzz my hair off tomorrow. I like to go through stages and do different styles with my different lengths. My hair grows pretty fast though.
