Those are the Silent sweats I have. I wear a 29 waist normally and a medium is perfect.
I LOVE these shorts. They have a nifty little string falling out the back pocket that I adore. If you don't like it, you can tuck it in.
These are my lifting/running shorts and they're very versatile.
See if you can find the hoodie in the same collection - it's my favorite hoodie right now, and I own close to twenty 'nice' hoodies.
