shoes:
atleast one informal (sneaker, boots, etc) and one formal (oxford, general dress shoes)
socks:
black with formals, variable with informals but white is generally safe if overdone
underwear:
airism boxerbriefs
pants:
tan/black chinos or black jeans are usually fine for business casual. blue/black are general informals, I don't do shorts so I don't know
shirts:
button-ups for business casual, blank or subtle patterns. general tees, patterned shirts, etc for casual

you have a lot more freedom to wear whatever you like. just don't push it too far into formal territory and you should be ok

dont spend a lot unless youre rich, youll grow out of everything you buy now. save up for when youre 20 and want to get nice things. dress accordingly to your age, get black and white tshirts that fit you well, cardigans (black and gray), two pairs of chinos (light grey and khaki) and one pair of dark indigo jeans. for shoes, try minimalistic sneakers and for outerwear go for a parka. all of this wont be expensive and you wont look like a tryhard "leclassygentlemaniwearasuittohighschoolclasses" guy, but youll still be dressed really well for your age
