Kanye's murdered out Aventador is pretty compatible.

But probably the most Rick a car could get would be a Ferrari FF (for that cargo space equivalent of the sandwich-passport-book pocket), in black* with hubcaps with classic shaped but oversized spokes and whitewall tires, the same way his sneakers evoke and fuck with classic sneakers.

* I'm not sure whether it'd be matte, gloss, what.

I'm thinking the hubcaps would be black, too, but I'm not sure.

Wow finally a thread I can add my expertise to.

Why you ask? Its a fucking wagon!

WRONG, these things are pretty much amazing. They have that really obscure 80's shitbox look with those long sleek lines and hard angles. There are almost none of them left because there were not a lot to begin with. They came stock with an inline six 1jz engine which is the same engine that came in the supra models of that same time.

Pretty obscure strange look but has a lot of power under the hood but also something you can find at your grandmas car thrift shop.

Probably 26-30. All cressidas in the us came stock with a 7mge engine which was an earlier generation supra engine but the 1jz was stock in japan.

You can easily just bolt in a 1jz or 2jz-gte engine into a cressida. There have been people that make 10 second 1/4 mile cars out of what looks like you grandparents car.

Really?I feel like huge hightops and drapey tops are a natural for a delorean. I love that there's no paint, just brushed steel.
It's minimalistic in its own way, and was originally intended to be an 'ethical sports car', complete with higher gas mileage and a catalytic converter that were revolutionary for their time.

cars are not very /fa/ in general. but even less /fa/ is taking public transport/biking/walking so of course i have a car myself. i have a 15 yo jeep grand cherokee. its design has aged very well, much better than the 2nd gen jeep GC which looks like a fat woman who buys all her clothes at the plus size store.

plus i can drive right through flooded streets and over big snow banks without any fucks given.

4wd and high ground clearance are /fa/

It definitely is, and I could see it working great in someone's personal style that also included a bunch of Rick, but pretty much nothing about it says "Rick" to me. It's shiny. It's pretty compact. It's restrained, unostentatious, modest even. There's none of the drama or the assertive casualness Rick designs have. Its line and ethos seem *anti*-exaggerated, actually.

It's awesome, and I'd rather have one than a straight Rick car, but just off the top of my head (and I don't know too many designers terribly well) it seems closest to stuff in the Veilance/Acronym/etc. vein.

And having to take a cab every so often - I don't think I've taken a cab more than seven or eight times in a year - is not the end of the world. Cheaper than owning, for sure.
