Ok Romanian fag here,we got these crema here called "Mibazon" i rubbed it all over my face and now its almost fucking gone, its usually used for dogs and cows and shit, for when they get infections, but it works like a charm for acne, im not sure if any of you guys will be able to find something similar to this but whatever

The thing is, I've got pretty damn sensitive skin and as far as I know you're meant to leave this cream on for 12 hours or something. Can I sleep with it on or what? Can I moisturise before applying it? I have so many questions.

Actually, I'd say washing your face "consistently" is one of the worst pieces of advice ever. Unless I'm mis-interpreting what you meant.
I'd say wash your face once int he morning, and once in the evening. If you have oily skin then it's okay to freshen up with a towel and water gently once or twice as well if you have to.
Believe me, in my experience, over-washing your face does more damage than good. You can buy blotting paper to take the excess grease off your skin without affecting the moisture balance or whatever. Moisturise after you wash your skin as well.

also, I have had acne for a year too, and also been to the dermatologist but didn't help too much.

Lately I have been doing a super regime with no salty things no sugar ( maybe like 80% of restrictioning ) and although I don't have as many white spots as before I still have red spots. Do you think this would be good for them too?

Well its the common pus filled acne, its fucking great for that and it should go away in a week or two, the red spot type of acne is going to take a little bit longer to get rid off but it still works, plus its really cheap and you can buy it from any vet, its worth giving a shot

Green tea, lots of it
Drink lots of water
Try to cut down on sugar/alcohol
Clean pillowcase or towel every night
I use "Simple" face wash, or just Nivea bodywash is okay if you're stuck to wash my face twice a day
Quinoderm 5% is what i usually used but lately I'm using Brevoxyl 4% and it smells less like chemical shit too, which is a plus
Oh yeah and for general skincare - Bio oil is the shit, helps with scarring and just generally improves your skin
Aloe Vera gel if you really need moisturisation
Oh and STOP TOUCHING YOUR FUCKING FACE JESUS CHRIST
