Tips on starting a /fa/ company? Mainly selling tshirts to begin with and then move on to bigger things. I have a pretty good idea what i'm going to sell and to who, just need some guidance. Thx fellow /fa/gs.

Everyone and their grandmother is doing t-shirts.

What makes you different?

Yes you're quite right, I feel I bring something not necessarily new, but something a little bit different to the table. Most people take the lazy route of heat press transfer, buying shitty tees in bulk and printing their design on, which sometimes works pretty well, but I'd rather source the materials locally and make them locally also, gives them more charm. The material will be high quality cotton and the designs fresh, without being obnoxiously hip. Little details will make my tshirts sell, or so I think.

Me and a(n ugly) friend of mine were hired as models for a brand our common friend just started. I don't think it'll be good, but it might be funny as shit.

I'd like to think so, simplicity is key in my design and colour and pattern are paramount, none of these awful fall apart in 6 months, have a picture or slogan which takes up 90% of the front of the garment (which will be cringed at in <a year) and stitched by 3 year olds . Plus who doesn't like thick tees!?

I have no idea what that is, and so can't tell if you're being facetious or not, but thanks anyway.

Shoe source thread.

Post a shoe you don't know the name of. Answer any that you know.

Unfortunately, I won't do that just yet. I'm not fully content with what I've got just yet, but I will do as soon as I am happy with my designs.

Natural beauty has for a while no longer been a prerequisite for modelling, some of the most /fa/ models are plain odd looking, but that doesn't stop them from being successful and popular. Good luck with the modelling, even if it is a laugh!

Set up a big cartel.

Work with local boutiques to sell your stuff.

I'd be into buying a few of your pieces if you keep up with your design philosophy.

That made me smile from ear to ear, thank you. I learned the hard way but it's absolutely true; buy cheap buy twice. Plus I got so sick of the shit on the market at the moment, I thought why not make my own clothes. Thanks again.

I don't think you get it. We're 17y.o. manlets, and he's acne ridden. We don't get paid, and we were hired whilst drunk by a drunk host.
