It's not the weight that dictates the value though. Compare the price of the Solid Golden St. Duponts to the gold plated and you'll see. I'm unsure why, but that's what i was told at the dealer.

Seeing the neighborhood i live a mugging is not a realistic risk. My life nowadays basically is Home -> School / Grocery store/ Gym/ Dinner -> Home. No hanging about in shady areas or late at night etc.

My parents inherited it along with a small apartment in the city and a house in Austria. I'm basically acting as the landlord for this one. My mother oversees the Austrian home and my oldest brother the apartment which a few foreign students live in.

My rentees pay gas/light/electric and the rent goes mostly to maintenance but i'm still left with 200-250 every month.Not right now though, one is on the dole right now so we are acting a bit lenient till he gets back up on his feet.
