Hey, I need you help.

My dad, who hates my fashion sense, has asked me to accompany me to go shoe shopping with him. He's in his late 40s, and isn't a fashion guy. Right now, he wears Nike Air Maxs similar to what is in the picture. He wants them to last for at least a year and be easy to walk around in. Brand doesn't matter much, but I know he likes Nike. This is a great opportunity /fa/. I need your help.

Also, no Rick Owens suggestions, please. 130 buck price range, and Roshes are nowhere to be found.

Not in black and white. Also, he'd like simple colors, no patterns. Preferably dark, but those white and blue Air Maxs he really liked. Every other hsoe he's had has been in the blue, black, and white families.

Also, he wears a size 13, if that matters at all.

Um, that;s not specific but I'll try.

My dad is a chef. He's cooked for athletes, famous musicians, and other celebrities. One of his favorite dishes to make, though not gourmet by any standards, to make is baby-back ribs in jerk mixed with corn and cornbread. He grew up in Arkansas and said his grandmother cooked it for him when ever he visited her. He says it's her recipe, but with jerk added in for a bit more flavor. One time, during my granddad's birthday, he cooked the meal and explained to everybody what it was. One of my Grandad's neighbors immediately threw her plate on the ground in disgust, screaming at my dad.

"Baby back ribs? BABY BACK RIBS?! YOU MEAN YOU KILL INNOCENT BABY PIGS SO YOU CAN COOK THEM?!"

It took around 20 minutes to explain the concept of baby-back ribs to her.
