I think there's actually lots of interesting pieces, particularly the shirting, that probably translate into lots of different people's wardrobes. You can't imagine that places like Atelier are supported purely by a clientele of rich goths, so there are bound to be people who purchase items like that and wear it in more conventional, subdued ways.

I actually think that SILENT is a more interesting and wearable line now. Mainline is still great for certain things (like the slouchy blazers and the crazy pants), but given that so much mainline is made in the same factories as SILENT, there's no reason to favor the expensive products unless you're after a VERY specific style or garment.
