That just looks like they were dirty as fuck thrift store denim. I doubt it's human piss, but I know gardening and hunting supply stores sell various types of animal urine, sometimes in bulk, to attract animals for the kill or repel from from a garden

i think the backstory was an anon who smoked cigarettes indoors but the starch in raw jeans can turn the water yellow (or green) on the first soak too, so it could just be that.
