Might've been alright when it was made for men who don't care about fashion trying to dress decently, but a lot of these brands have gone overseas or otherwise declined in quality significantly. M3 is Bill's slimmest model so doesn't really fit into the /pol/ larp. Clark's have never been durable, and it's not clear the author knows what "mocs" means.

Stylistically it works, but the brands need updating.

For MiUSA shirts, Brooks Brothers, J Press, O'Connels, or Mercer and Sons are the way to go. For chinos, Jack Donnelly is better than Bill's. Opt for the M1 cut if fit and M3 if skeletor.

MiUSA raw denim is easier now than when that chart was made. For shoes, I'd swap the Wolverines with White's. It's thematically appropriate and the quality difference is night and day.

Jeans - if you don't want the western looking details and copper rivets on the wranglers but want a budget option, wrangler sells just as high quality jeans with simpler details under the "rustler" label at walmart. you can get raw and black raw in straight and you can get raw in boot cut.
Footwear - skip the desert boots. did clarks cheap out on the crepe sole with the desert boots and fill it with foam a few years ago like a bunch of their other boots? not sure, but i would check that before buying.
skip the 1000 miles for a better heritage boot, if you must get wolverines the blacksmiths are better.
LL Bean bean boot - legit. Weejuns - legit.
Belts - etsy + noname leatherworkers is the best deal on belts these days. get a wallet while you're at it.

for dressy chinos around 150 i'd personally go with a low end made to measure like woody's or something but that's just me. also consider getting a pair of more workweary, heritagey, or military inspired chinos for casual situations. tons of brands for those, or you could get an actual milsurp piece british khakis are cheap as fuck and common etc.
