I got a harris tweed jacket on an impulse, since I really wanted one when I was in my 20s. I think I got overexcited. Does this fit at the shoulders? The material is really heavy due to the handwoven wool shit. I'm fighting buyers remorse here hard.

Try it with an actual shirt and post a full picture, shoulders look fine but the fucking collar gap is gigantic

Looks a bit big in the shoulders but not salvageable. A tailor can remove the sleeves, remove the excess fabric, and reattach them.

real "problem" is the waist of the jacket, it's a size too large and makes you look fat. the shoulders are fine, tweed was never meant to be worn tight like zoomer fashion makes you think

You can try wearing it over a thicker sweater or cardigan.
Since it's not THAT big it should fill it out nicely, but is obviously not going to be the classic look you were probably trying to go for.
