Testosterone is just one hormone among many that effect physical appearance and beyond hormones there are other type of factors relevant to form and function of the body. Having shit ton of Hormones doesn't translate into being attractive, you can have too much or too little Testosterone and look good or bad in both cases, you can even make a case for the claim that too much testosterone makes you less desirable bc it makes you look older, balder and broader on average.
