Quite a while and probably not. You're in a relatively good position now to get it growing. It might take like 6 months maybe to get it to a decent medium length. I had it cut similar to you like exactly a year ago and by april when barbershops finally opened up again it was pretty long.

Probably about a year to grow out. Some hair products have caffeine in them, which supposedly helps hair grow faster, but I don’t know if if works. Really the best thing to do is just make sure you keep it healthy so that the strands don’t break.
