Checked and absolutely. Obviously if you get the Popular you're not getting the same razor as their expensive ones but it's still really good. Only caveat is that it is very mild because it's designed around super sharp Feather blades.

Brush matters. The best are made of real animal hair. Bowl not exactly. I use a simple stainless steel 4" dia half sphere from Ikea. The keyis the razor itself and the shaving cream/soap/lotion/etc.
