Depends on how you pull it off. I would say that is cringe but there are plenty of girls who still pull off an emo/scene look in (present year). Most good fashion is timeless. Old suits, old jeans, old leather jackets, etc, they're all still fashionable. Plenty of modern things will probably also stay fashionable such as fitted and slightly slimmer clothes, assuming everyone doesn't become obese. However, most shitty "streetwear" won't stay fashionable because it's just a quick trend that constantly changes.
