if you can't lose any more weight without becoming a skeleton then putting on muscle is your best option. depending on if you exercise already or how high your body fat percentage you will either have to bulk or you could do body recomposition if you are new to or lapsed in having a regular exercise routine.

this is of course if you are actually skinnyfat. use a tape measure ti get waist measurements etc. or get a body fat caliper and use those measurements alongside your weight and bmi to see determine your body fat percentage. that will help you give a better idea of what you should do, if anything at all.

It's crazy how I'm 2lbs away from an underweight bmi but because I don't exercise I don't look especially thin. I'm probably still slightly skinny fat but it's weird how I don't look close to ana but am extremely bony on my ribcage / cheest / hip bones.
