would you return a clothing item if the print doesnt line up at the seam?

its a $70 polyester hoodie
the thing is, I dont live in CONUS so shipping/returns will be a pain.

ideally the lines of front and back of hoodie should match each other, both arent lined up now and it triggers my OCD non stop. And one side is higher than the other.

am I too nitpicky? what would you personally do?

Ugly hoodie aside, if you aren't satisfied get your money back. But first consider that hardly anyone will see the side seams. Also consider that $70 is not a lot for an item of clothing and you get what you pay for. Do you really think a manufacturer making $70 polyester clothing is going to fret over small details like the designs lining up? Do you think anyone will notice when they are blinded by the garish design and the sheen from the cloth?
You bought fast fashion from a fast fashion brand and are shocked that you get fast fashion quality. Seems like there is a life lesson somewhere in this.

You could try to return it, you might end up with misaligned lines on the replacement. Personally I wouldn't bother trying to return it for your reason because it won't be super noticeable on the side seams. Having said that, $70 is a lot for a plastic hoodie, and i wouldn't buy anything poly in general.
