Cars are only getting faster. Half-blind grandmas and stoned nogs are racing around in cars that make 300+ hp. Not to mention semi-trucks. Not to mention pickup trucks. I would say driving around a city is better because of low speed, but it's not. You deal with idiots walking into the road, people opening car doors, etc.
