Can confirm. I fasted a week to try and force my body into ketosis. Only thing I drank was Gatorade Zero because it's 0 calories. I wasn't even close to ketosis after 7 days, when normally during fasting I get into ketosis after 2 days. Drinking 0 calorie drinks still fucks with your body's ability to go into fasting mode.
