The only effay states are states that are wealthy and temperate. Too hot and you can't wear long clothes. Too poor and you can't afford good brands. That leaves parts of California, the PNW, and the majority of the Northeast. Old money is pretty effay so that removes the West Coast. The only effay states are thus in the Northeast where old money concentrates like NY, and Boston and their wealthy suburbs
