You need to increase the muscle tone in your skull/face, which will also increase overall bone density in your skull. Otherwise, all of this skincare stuff is a complete waste as skin is taking form around muscle and bone.

You lose muscle very early on if you're not using it, especially in the face.

>"If you think of the facial bones as "scaffolding" for facial tissue and skin, the bone loss can contribute to that drooping, deflated look, explained study author Dr. Robert Shaw Jr., chief resident in the division of plastic surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, N.Y.

The original thought was that skin goes through changes, such as a loss of elasticity and fat, so the primary approach to facial rejuvenation was skin tightening procedures," Shaw said. "But a lot of faces never looked like they did when they were younger. Patients bring in pictures and say they want to go back to that look, but they can never really go back to that look just by tightening their skin alone. If there are changes to those underlying structures it's going to change the appearance of how the skin looks."

Most people under 40 calling themselves collagenlets just have underused facial muscles and loss of bone. Muscle is attached to the dermis layer of the skin, which will give the sagging apperance if not used. Normies age like shit because they have screwed up thyroids, are running on cortisol, do no form of resistance training, eat soft shitty foods and lose bone volume and muscle in their face because of this. The body just doesnt see the point in keeping it if you dont use it.

Think about somone thats spent 35 years never putting their body and face though much resistance, they will have lost alot of bone mass in their face especially.

Try fillers instead. As you age, your face will look more gaunt/loose its fat around certain areas(above eye, nasolibial area, etc...) and fillers can help fill that area.

Or try a derma roller if its just wrinkles that are bothering you.

Not them but im currently in a 72 hour fast (ive done 3 consecutively now) so i can explain. When you dont eat for 24 hours (less if you workout a lot and eat low carb) your body doesnt have any glycogen stores from food to run off. So your body has to run on ketones which is essentially just fat. When this happens, you enter ketosis and something called autophagy happens. Your body recycles cells that are damaged and turns them into something usable for your body. This is why people that lose lots of weight from fasting rarely have loose skin, because the body literally eats away at itself. This is great for skin because it gives all your organs a chance to rest and water cleanses everything. So your skin is just one of a shit ton of things that improves. Thank you for coming to mt Ted Talk.

SPF isn't broken down by time, it's broken down by UV rays. The majority of people use SPF when they are going to be out in strong sun so the guidelines are tailored to that. To receive the listed SPF on the bottle under X strength of constant sun exposure you need to reapply every two hours, or something like that. But it isn't as if it suddenly stops working after two hours either, it's a gradual reduction in protection. It also depends on the filters used, if you are sweating/swimming/rubbing your face, the products you use under the SPF, and probably more. If you're using it every day to prevent aging you normally don't need to reapply every two hours. You should still reapply according to your lifestyle and environment, but I get away with one application a day most of the time because I don't see much sun, in the summer I reapply once on top. Doesn't interfere with my routine at all. I wait ten minutes for moisturizer to dry underneath to apply it in the AM, or a lot of the time recently I just put my SPF on in the morning without doing any AM routine. If reapplying bothers you, it's still exponentially better to apply a high SPF once a day than just do nothing.

I'm not recommending any supplements except maybe rub vitamin e oil on your face. I don't feel like spending 10 minutes typing so here are my super qucik anti-aging tips.
Obvious tips: stay out of the sun, get enough sleep, drink water, no alcohol, no smoking, eat healthy, don't stress yourself, don't rub your face and make the skin mush around and get saggy
Less obvious tips:
Don't overeat. Overeating even if you don't get fat wears out the cells in your body and makes you age faster.
Keep your face away from electronics and screens. The whatever that comes off the screen breaks down cells.
Sit up straight. Head up, shoulders back. Bad posture makes your head lean forward and causes sagging.
Sleep on your back. This is huge. I know it's difficult to learn how to but it's important. Gravity and wrinkles from smooshing your face on the pillow.
When you're on your phone or reading a book, keep your head up. Pointing your face down is so bad for you and will make you saggy.
Do facial exercises. Just look them up on yotube. "Face exercises for (male or female) beauty, face exercises for aging."
Keep your hair in good shape.
For women: DO NOT pluck your eyebrows. Like at all. just leave them alone. Women's eyebrows thin as they age (men's get thicker) so plucking them makes you look so old.
Also for women: Don't be a whore, cover your cleavage in public. Wrinkley, aged skin on the chest and sunspots on your cleavage make you look so gross and old. Do yourself a favor and just cover your boobs like a normal person. protect yourself from the sun.
Don't think you're invincible to the sun just ebcause you have sunscreen. Sometimes people do more damge while wearing sunscreen beacuse they get complacent. Cover your skin with clothes and stay out of the sun when you don't have to be in it.

I don't know you but I could probably tell you what you're doing wrong if I knew you. Are you getting enough sleep? No drinking? I know these are obvious but think about it. Sleep on your back, not on your side. Also never point your face downward for more than a few seconds when needed. Hold the book/phone/etc up to your face instead. Pointing your face down makes you saggy.
Eat a better diet. Resarch what's good for skin and eat whatever you like from that list. Do facial exercises.

Excerpt from the book

Computers: All computers and tablets—all electronics, for that matter—
radiate electromagnetic fields (EMF), otherwise known as electromagnetic
radiation, which is produced by electrically charged objects. But here’s the
interesting thing: so does your body. Mind you, it’s tiny, but we all give off
electromagnetic radiation. But how do you reduce your exposure to excess
EMF radiation? The answer is mainly common-sense stuff.
• Stop going wireless for convenience. Wireless devices emit a small
radio frequency field, so switching back to a corded mouse, headset, or
keyboard could be a safer option, since corded options emit far less
radiation.
• Limit your use of computers.
• Move your computer screen as far from you as possible.
• Fill your computer room with plants, since they may help absorb some
types of EMF radiation.
• Take your laptop off your lap.
• Stay away from Wi-Fi as much as possible

>> No.15484211

>>15484208
Smartphones: The cell phone industry is a billion-dollar business. If it’s
ever definitively proven that cell phones emit radiation that can damage our
DNA, just think of how many businesses would be crippled. That news
would seriously affect companies such as AT&T, Apple, Verizon, and any
social media company, like Facebook or Twitter, where most of its users
check their feeds on their phones—and not necessarily on a computer
screen.
But let’s talk common sense: your cell phone is a two-way radio that
does emit a small amount of electromagnetic radiation. And nowadays, who
puts their cell phone down? More important, where are you holding it when
you’re using it? Are you holding it at a safe enough distance, or pressing it
to your ear—and right by your brain, I might add—when you talk into it?
It took decades for the truth about cigarettes to finally reach the public,
even though common sense should have dictated that inhaling smoke into
our lungs wasn’t good for us, right? I mean, did we really need hundreds of
studies to put two and two together on this one?
