You guys are hanging your clothes, right?

You do care about longevity, don't you?

burgers use tumble dryers because they're fat lazy niggers
tumble dryers destroy clothes, but they mostly wear 5xl walmart dresses so it's ok

It does. It also makes them stiff as fuck. Anyone know a way around that? Don't say fabric softener

It's good if you can put them outside so the sun and wind dries them. I think they only wrinkle when you leave them hanging for too long without them drying quick enough

socks go into the washing machine with basic tshirts, light spin dry then hang when wet (but not dripping)
if your bottoms smell: freeze (denim) or very gentle cycle wash (pants)
if your clothes smell (but they shouldn't): hang them outside in the shade
if your clothes are stained: dry clean
I love how op acts like line hanging your shit is some avantgarde manoeuvre, because everybody here is a turbomutt who throws everything in the dryer

iron your shirt while they are still slightly damp. or spray water on them with a fine spray bottle.
makes ironing also easier to do.

hell no. my new washer and dryer are amazing. the dryer in particular is something else. besides, air drying always runs the risk of creating mildewy smells if the environment isnt just right. i know a few folks that smell like sour milk or wet rags every now and then. one of them being my boss who is a yuro fashionista type funny enough.

Have some "dressier" type shirts I just wash on delicate separately and hang on a wide hanger to dry in the closet. No ironing or weird smells. Nylon type socks I just wash normal and hang on a hanger.

I always hang my clothes. The ones whining over wrinkly and crunchy shirts are just lazy fucks that have never touched an iron, and ironically enough dryers can make ironing out creases even harder. Doesn't stink either, just take out your clothes from the washer as soon as the cycle ends and don't hang them while it's raining. The sun also acts like a natural bleach. I hung out old dress shirts with a shit ton of sweat stains at the collar for a couple days in the sun and they didn't have stains anymore.
