Ignore the disgusting shoes and retarded sleeve length, how can I dress like this as a lean 6 foot 8 male? I want to grab some trousers like this but I don't know how to avoid thinning out my silhouette too much with high waisted trousers. What should I look for? Just go with a medium rise, but never a low one. For a tropical climate you want to wear nothing but linen, low weight linen at that, 6-9oz. For reference: My linen shirt+undershirt+pants would easily get me through a day with 36°C-38°C outside. People will stare awkwardly since all they know is their polyester shirts, but anyhow...
