Between those two? Right, by a mile. That being said they are both terrible body shapes, one is fat and the other is almost curveless. What is with models? They tend to have only one or two redeeming features, usually the face is nice and not being obese. Everything else is incredibly plain and underwhelming or even just gross/wierd.

From what I understand there are a multitude of reasons the modeling industry is the way it is but from what I can tell the biggest reasons are this
>very thin tall people without a lot of vuloptuousness can be interchanged between clothes much more seemlessly because their dimensions are practically the same. THICCness adds too many variables like bust and hip being widely different where as with ana-chans its almost all the same. It is also cheaper to make clothes for thin women thus saving cost, but this is more of a unintended bonus than anything
>ugly models distract too much, sex goddess models distract too much. plain janes bring more attention to the clothes they wear which is what a fashion designer would naturally want
>the focus is on clothing, not women. obviously the priority is finding the model shape that is most effective to dress and draws the most attention away from the person and more on the outfit

Tldr its a fashion show not a beauty pageant.
