How often am I actually supposed to wash my hair? I shampoo and condition every 3 or 4 days usually and rinse every day.

depends on how oily it gets, looks healthy in the pic.
i shampoo and condition mine every 3 days and thats it, rinsing mine everyday makes the oil spread to the entire hair making it look way dirtier than it is
also i have really dry hair so it wouldnt make sense to wash it as much

What's the deal with dry-poo? Does it 'undoo' bed head?
I have hair halfway down my neck and it always looks like shit if I sleep on it.

I drive OTR so I get a shower maybe weekly and I hate wearing hats.
