I had the opposite: Bond's suit in Spectre had such tight suit pants that it looked goddamn ridiculous and made the actor look extremely uncomfortable. Most photos I see don't make it look too bad (doesn't look bad in the enclosed, for example), but it looks kinda awful in motion and kept bothering me. It was an object lesson in not wearing too-tight dress pants.

This suit was custom made for Ichi the Killer. I'm sure if you got hold of similarly iridescent material you could just have it made. Off the rack is unlikely unless you want to dig through alibaba. Now that I think about it some Chinese manufacturer probably makes suits out of novelty material like this. I wouldn't bother with that avenue.

I really liked boardwalk empire as a teenager so in secondary school I started wearing woolen pants, dresshirts + suspenders and wingtip shoes almost every day. I'm still kindof amazed I managed to pull that off without getting bullied
