Ditch the beard. It doesn't look like you have much growth on your cheeks so it won't help define your face at all, just gonna look scraggly around the edges. Mustache might suit you, try it out. Glasses are too large for your face, get smaller ones. They're pretty ubiquitous, but ray ban clubmaster frames are a pretty safe option. Looks like you have pretty coarse hair that's going to poof out a lot when it gets longer. If you can find a product to take off some of that volume up top then try that out, but personally I think you'd look better with shorter hair.
